In accordance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/IMD/CIR No.4/168230/09 dated June 30, 2009, and subsequent updates from the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI), the following details represent the commission earned by Karv Capital (ARN-348575) as a distributor for various mutual fund schemes.

Mutual Fund Commission Structure

Karv Capital operates on a trail-only commission model. We do not charge or receive any "upfront" commissions. The trail commissions are calculated by the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs) based on the daily average assets of your holdings at the prevailing Net Asset Value (NAV).

The commission ranges provided below are on a "best-effort" basis and represent the standard trail rates received from various AMCs.

Important Disclosures for Investors

Availability of Direct Plans:Every mutual fund scheme offers a "Direct Plan" which features a lower expense ratio because it does not include distribution commissions. Investors have the option to invest directly with the AMC. Karv Capital does not earn any commission on Direct Plan investments.
No Rebating Policy:In compliance with the AMFI Code of Conduct, Karv Capital does not pass on or rebate any commissions back to investors. We do not offer gifts, incentives, or "cash-backs" to influence investment decisions.
Conflicts of Interest: Our recommendations are based on your risk profile and suitability assessment. We disclose all commissions for recommended schemes and competing schemes to ensure complete transparency.
